Image Guidelines

  • Photo must be clear and well-lit.

  • Background will be removed.

  • Artist will draw the person from the waist up (even if the image is in whole-body) unless specified to have it in full body. This is to have better details on the face.

  • Pets must be facing forward showing the whole face.

  • Pet accessories will be removed unless specified to stay.

  • Image size must be at least 1MB.

Delivery times for digital custom portrait is 3-5 days, and may take 7 days on busy occasions. We would be sending the digital file via email for checking. 


If you have purchased a printout add-on, typical shipping times for your physical portrait may take 7-12 business days after you have checked and approved your digital portrait to be printed. 


For international orders, it may take 15 days.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We will be sending you the digital copy of your order within 3 to 5 business days, and 7 days on busy occasions.

If you purchased our print out add-on, it would take 7 to 12 business days to arrive after you have approved your digital copy for printing.


Q: What if I am not happy with the finalized digital copy?

Do not worry! We would be able to revise it to your liking! Simply send us your thoughts about it and we will get back to you!


Q: Does my pet count as a character?

Yes, pets do count as a character on our custom portraits.


Q: What photos should I send?

Kindly see our photo guidelines per art style below:

Line Art

  • Photo must be clear and well-lit.

  • Background will be removed unless specified to be included.

  • For pets, accessories such as collars/leashes will be removed unless specified to be included.

  • Image size must be at least 1MB.

Chibi

  • Photo must be clear and well-lit.

  • Background will be removed.

  • Clothing will be based on the photo you provide or as described in your notes (if any.)

  • Only 2 characters can be accommodated in GIF add-ons.

  • Pets cannot be accommodated in GIF add-ons for now. 

Painting
